We've seen it happen too many times for us to act like it's a secret. Internet stardom is real and has been here from the jump. The internet has birthed artists like Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes, and The Weeknd.
The difference between those artists and artists that are coming up today, is literally Tik Tok. Most internet celebs who've built a fanbase online like Bella Poarch, Lil Huddy and Dixie Damelio, had no initial intention of using the internet in order to boost their music career. If they did, we would have been seeing more mix-tapes and song samples much earlier in their Tik Tok journey.
