The Top Six Self-Care Instagram Accounts That Will Make You A Better You

Self-care has been a top priority for all of us lately. If you're like me, you are just now discovering what it's like to interact with other humans again without reflecting on every single interaction you have with someone and cringing with embarrassment.

With rising rates of anxiety and depression, it can be hard to find a place on Instagram that can continuously give you reminders of self-improvement and self-love. We did the searching for you! Here’s a Chatworthy list of our top six self-care Instagram accounts that will make you a better you.

The Top Six Self-Care Instagram Accounts That Will Make You A Better You

1. @SelfCare4YU

SELFCARE4YU is colorful and fun and gives great advice and book recommendations to assist on your self-care journey. They’ve even come out with a digital self-care journal with daily journaling prompts and a weekly reflection plan.

2. @ArtsyAffirmations

ARTSYAFFIRMATIONS is here if you want cute and bright inspirational posts on your feed this is the account to follow! “Just cry and move on,” is one of our favorites from their page.

This is a great Instagram account not only for getting some sassy reminders, but their account is all about community and inclusivity and it really inspires its followers to be better and kinder people, which is something that is much needed in this world!

This IG account is for everyone, but especially the ladies. And if you’re creative and artsy you can use the hashtag #creativewomenclub on Instagram with a chance to get your artwork reposted on their account.

reposts creative artwork as well, but they focus more on mental health awareness and healing both the mind and body. We recommend giving this account a follow because this generation really needs the reminder, “We don’t have to apologize for feeling.”

This is one of our top favorites when it comes to motivational posts. They even have a bundle where you can get some of the best apps all in one spot to help you keep track of your water intake, your sleeping patterns, and what you’re spending time on during the day called the Growth Bundle.

Now it won’t cure anxiety and it won’t solve serious world issues, but a good start to bettering our lives is filling our social media feed with positive and bright content that’ll help push out the negatives and bring in the good that you deserve in your life.
